⬡ ABHIBHIDEVELOPERS

How Abhibhideveloper works

From your first enquiry through deployment, maintenance, and subscription management — this is the delivery process you can expect.

How We Deliver and Manage Technology Solutions

Abhibhideveloper follows a structured service-delivery approach intended to make software purchases and development projects easier to understand and manage.

Step 1: Discovery and Requirements

We review the customer's goals, required features, technical environment, expected deliverables, budget, and timeline. Additional clarification may be necessary before we can confirm feasibility.

Step 2: Scope and Commercial Agreement

Before a custom project begins, the applicable proposal or order should identify the work included, exclusions, milestones, charges, payment schedule, delivery expectations, and acceptance criteria where relevant.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or written change approval.

Step 3: Development or Product Provisioning

Depending on the purchase, we develop, configure, license, or provision the applicable digital product or service. Progress may depend on customer feedback, access credentials, third-party approvals, content, integrations, and other dependencies.

Step 4: Testing and Delivery

We perform checks appropriate to the agreed work and communicate delivery instructions. Customers should review the deliverables against the agreed scope and report reproducible issues through the designated support channel.

Step 5: Deployment and Configuration

Where included, we assist with deployment, domain configuration, application settings, integrations, and environment setup. Production deployment depends on the availability of the required infrastructure, permissions, and third-party services.

Step 6: Maintenance and Technical Support

Maintenance is provided only to the extent included in the purchased plan or separate agreement. It may cover bug fixes, compatible updates, diagnostics, monitoring, backups, and configuration assistance.

New features, major redesigns, additional integrations, migration work, and issues caused by unsupported modifications may require separate charges.

Step 7: Subscription and Service Management

Where supported, customers can review their purchases, subscription status, invoices or payment records, service requests, and available upgrades through the customer dashboard.

Access, usage limits, renewal dates, cancellation rights, and post-expiry arrangements depend on the applicable product and plan.

Service Transparency

We aim to communicate material delays, service limitations, dependencies, and changes in scope. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software, a fixed business outcome, or a particular search-engine ranking.

Specific service commitments are governed by the relevant order, product description, subscription plan, and written agreement.

Digital Products and Marketplace

The Abhibhideveloper marketplace is intended to help customers discover available software products, AI solutions, digital tools, and related services in one place.

Each product listing should describe its purpose, intended users, key features, compatibility requirements, limitations, pricing, licensing terms, and the support included with the purchase.

Product Demonstrations

Where a demonstration is available, customers may use it to evaluate selected functionality before purchasing. Demo access may be time-limited, restricted to sample data, or subject to other published usage limitations.

A demonstration does not automatically include production deployment, source code, ownership rights, a commercial licence, or all features of the paid product.

Orders and Payments

Customers should review the selected product, price, applicable taxes, recurring charges, billing frequency, and purchase terms before confirming an order.

Available payment methods depend on the checkout options enabled for the transaction. An order is considered paid only after the payment status has been verified through the applicable payment provider or other approved verification process.

A payment initiated, pending, failed, cancelled, or merely reported by the customer does not by itself establish successful receipt of funds.

Invoices and Payment Records

Abhibhideveloper will provide applicable invoices, receipts, or transaction records in accordance with the nature of the transaction and relevant legal requirements.

The amount, tax treatment, invoice details, and timing depend on the transaction, applicable law, and the actual payment or service event.

Subscriptions and Renewals

Each subscription should clearly disclose its price, billing interval, renewal conditions, included features, usage limits, cancellation procedure, and what happens when the subscription expires or payment fails.

Customers should be able to review applicable subscription details before purchase. Renewal or cancellation must follow the disclosed plan terms and applicable law.

Product Availability

Products may be updated, replaced, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued. Material changes affecting an existing paid entitlement should be handled in accordance with the applicable contract and consumer-protection obligations.

Third-Party Dependencies

Some products may rely on third-party APIs, hosting providers, AI models, payment gateways, email providers, or other external services. Their charges, availability, terms, and technical limitations may affect the final service.

Where relevant, these dependencies and any additional costs should be disclosed before the customer commits.

A Specific Billing Rule for Our Platform

Our intended payment-triggered invoice system needs a reliable distinction between a payment notification and a verified transaction.

For example, if invoicing is configured for payments above ₹200 on customer websites: define precisely whether the threshold applies to the gross payment, net settlement, or another agreed amount; generate a billing record from a verified transaction event, not a browser redirect or untrusted message; use unique transaction identifiers and idempotency controls so duplicate payment notifications do not create duplicate invoices; handle refunds, reversals, chargebacks, partial payments, and failed transactions separately; reconcile payment-provider or bank records against internal order records; and issue tax invoices only where appropriate under the applicable tax rules.

These are implementation requirements for a future integration, not a claim that a bank-triggered billing system is already active.
